Sorry, I don't have precise data for Ilfotec HC either. But I remember
that a friend of mine told me that Ilfotec HC 1+31 produces results very
similar to Kodak HC-110 Dil B. From the data given by the Massive Dev.
Chart (http://www.digitaltruth.com) for normal BW stuff, this seems to
be correct. Why not simply take the data for HC-110 Dil B (20°C, 6,0
min.) as a starting point and run some tests? It shouldn't be too hard
to find the correct time.
