Bill, and anyone else wondering why I don't just follow the guides and
shoot, not talk...
My interest is actually the metering and measurement. I have seen many
wonderful IR photographs, and I know that they would not be improved by an
accurate "meter." Perhaps a meter would allow a person to bracket less, but
I'm not thinking about metering as a solution to a problem... that would
perhaps be the classic case of a "solution" looking for a problem to solve. ;-)
I'm a tech nerd. My eye is terrible. I get an occasional nice shot, by the
simple expedient of taking many snapshots. But I enjoy the technology, and
the results...
