critique of my infra info

If anyone is interested in this, email me off list:  I have typed up a 2 pp.
single spaced (28K) lecture/info sheet on infrared, compiled from several
books and also from the internet.  What I am needing is some of you vastly
knowledgeable people to critique it and tell me where I am wrong so I do not
hand out wrong info to my students.  I would gladly cut and paste the file
to the whole list but it is pretty long.
     Needless to say there are conflicting opinions in books and on the web.
However, thanks to sites like Cocam etc I was able to FINALLY understand why
you increase ISO when you meter through the lens on an SLR camera.  It's
taken me a year to come to terms with that one, always assuming that you
have to dial in the filter factor yourself so that essentially when you put
a filter on your camera you would decrease ISO.
     And thanks to all of you for sharing your knowledge!
