For sale postings ('FS', and it's counterpart 'WTB' ('wanting to
buy')) are no problem at all, even welcome (the more rare the item,
or the better the deal, the more welcome....:)) but not so for
auctions like Ebay....the latter is hardly a service to listmembers,
since the rest of the world has also access to the auction, with
maximum-profit as a goal....
I don't mind maximum-profit, but not by using this list and its
members for free advertising....if a seller wants to benefit from
this list by posting his advertising here, then it should be matched 
by buyers/listmembers also having a benefit, if only the benefit of 
being the first person to make an offer. 

Putting an item up for sale here first, with the note that it will
be moved to Ebay later if it doesn't sell, is fine with me however....
