The short answer - yes!
Took a load of 120 roll Konica 750IR shots at Wells Cathedral in
Somerset UK - some of these were in a secluded small graveyard next
to the cathedral. A friend was sitting facing away from the camera on
an ancient tomb. When printing the resulting negs I did a double
take as there was a face on the back of the friend's head.
It put a shiver up my spine - then I thought, hell this is stupid.
It's just a trick of the light - so I blew up a section of the neg.
and there WAS a face! I stopped what I was doing and left the print
on the table. The friend saw the print a few days later as it had
been left on the table. She was really freaked out by image and I
spent my time telling her that it was not a face - just a chemical
problem :-)
Haven't been back to the place, nor printed any more of the negs......
