Fw: first time troubles

Hi to you all!

I've tried out my first kodak IR film. I put it revealing (?) in a photo
shop in Porto. They didn't grant anything and in the end they gave me back
the film all black with just a difuse white banner (?) on the center.

Can anyone help me on this one? I had the proper care, I think, on handling
the film. I did everything not to expose it to light.
