Well this may not be such a big issue.....  I have been thinking 
about the nature of the list for a while and some of the recent 
comments regarding accessing information.

Yes it is true that people get burned out answering the same 
questions, however there is no rule to say that you have to answer 
the same questions time after time :-)

I liked the suggestion that a little information in the reply to a 
commonly asked question and a direction to a web site which answers 
the question in more detail is the way forwards.

Frankly I think we should encourage questions, particularly from 
people who are relatively new to infrared photography.  Apart from 
anything else, it stimulates traffic on the list and makes it a 
friendlier place.

I went through a little burn out a while back and have been sitting 
on my hands since to stop myself typing the URL of the infrared FAQ 
in response to questions :-)

Traffic and conversation (well list interaction then...) has improved 
and the list is better for it.
