This is correct, and what the engineers told me when I interviewed them a
couple of years ago.  There actually will be some "some" fogging, but none of
us will notice.  If you are using the film in scientific applications and are
measuring the color, then you should concern yourself with loading/unloading in
the dark (and you should be developing with AR-5, not E4).  However, that
exactness very probably applies to none of us here, so loading/unloading in
subdued light, like all "regular" films, will work just fine.
