I have noticed the additional characters when I accessedmyown site from
work. We have the proxy/firewall security and when I downloaded my entire
site after losing my O/S, all the image files that had spaces in the name
had the spaces replaced with %20 and wouldn't load correctly when doing
maintenance at home.

I wound up renaming all the files without spaces. This is something I
didn't anticipate when I created the files.

Now I know.
