OT: Agfa Synchro Box

Hello List,

I appologise in advance for issuing an off topic question, but I know that
there are some real experts out here and if it is YOU who might be able to
help then please respont privately to hermann@xxxxxxxxxxx

I bought recently an Agfa Synchro Box and found a really old film in there.
It is a 120 or 220 roll film which says 'Exponiert' in black letters on red
paper. The expression 'Exponiert' means exposed. This expression was used in
a time where Nazi Germany tried to advoid foreign words where possible.
Therefore I guess the film was exposed during world war II.

Is there a chance to develop this film with some results such that you can
see what the sujet was. My concern is that the latent image is on the film
for about 60 years no.
If your advise is that it is not worth to try it, then I would keep the roll
of film untouched as some historic roll of film. Especially the kernel of
the roll is made of metal and wood(!)

I might find out what type of film this is by rewinding the film in the
darkroom if this helps to answer my question.

I am thankful for every -private- response.

Regards
Hermann
