The original welcome messasge demonstrates the problem.
I had forgotten to remove the "reply to" setting I put
in my mail software for testing purposes.  If you try
to send a regular reply to the first message, it will
be addressed to me, not the 1ist.

I have now removed the "reply to" setting, so assuming
things are still working as they did during testing, ;-)
a regular reply to *this* message should go to the list.
