It uses 120 film but the images are only 24x33 which is about the same as 35 mm.  The lens is f8, 11 and 16 with shutter speeds of  Bulb or 1/50.  I would say it is cute for a collection but nothing you would use and definetly doesn't qualify as medium format.  Lens seperation is 34mm.  Data is from "Strereo Cameras Since 1930" by Werner Weiser.
