I need to add the disclaimer that all the measurements below were done with a
ruler and may not be totally accurate.

About 68mm.

I was able to get it to work by sanding the ridges (~2mm each) off the side
of the plastic loupe housing.  I am toying with the idea of machining a plate
to hold the lenses in and maybe figuring out an easy way to do interocular
adjustment.  I have been using a Logan slimline light box for lighting.

~35mm.

That would be 2.5" or 63.5mm.
