Sputnik rule number one: TRUST NOTHING WITH THIS CAMERA !!!
I swear this camera was a communist plot meant to destroy the moral of
stereographers worldwide.
The big problem with alignment of left and right frame windows on the neg
is that there is no guarantee that the film will travel through the camera
perfectly perpendicular, as there is little guiding it. With a well
designed 35mm camera, the film teeth help with registry, so this technique
may be more usefull there.
Mounting by the image instead of by the film borders is definately the best
method of all. I would like to add that I was very impressed with the way
your Spud performs otherwise.
