If I recall correctly there is some rotational
play on both sides after you loosen up the nut
in the back.
By turning one or both sides slightly you should
be able to get both sets of shutter blades closed
when closed and wide open when open (on B). Assuming
nothing is bent.
You may need to adjust your apertures to be equal
after this. I think.... (it's been a long time since
I tuned up my Spud).
