My recollection is 62.3mm and 65.0 mm
which gives you 2.7mm OFD. The near line
is at the same spacing as the mount, which
makes sense IMO.
My homemade ones have 3.0mm OFD so the
spacing is 62.3mm and 65.3mm (+ or -, given the
accuracy of my laser printer here at work).
