YES.... and that is why I concluded the problem was not in mounting, but
rather in the taking.

The reason I violated the taking stereo base was this was the closest my
cameras could get together.

And your point is well taken, if I crop out the sides to make a very small
image, the stereo image would look great!  But then we are not viewing MF
any longer!  So thats not a fix, but I think you confirmed my suspicion that
it just can not be done.... so I am back to my original premise, I can not
shoot dual cameras when the stereo base needs to be less than about 150mm.
I am limited to one camera shooting on the slide bar..... so no motion shots
for me :-(
