I've not seen a folio since the end of February before I went to Australia. That one came to me before Sam because of the timing for my leaving. I think Sam sent it to Don...now come to think of it I saw Don at the Vancouver Camera show and he said he got it, I remember because he said he accidentally damaged one of my slide.

I've been back now since the end of march and have not received another one. I will be away in Alaska from the 28th of July to the first of September so anything in that time should pass me direct to Don.
