   I think we have overlooked an important aspect. There are some
dynamite MF views that weren't shot in any other format. These have
remained unavailable for the stereo theather audiance.  The Sputnik stuff
looks great but some even use the more exotic Mamiyas, Bronicas, Rolies,
Hasselblads etc.. I've seen 2D MF projection and it can be very stunning.
