I've had some success using the Freestyle out of date
Velvia 220 in my Sputnik.  At $1.89 per roll when
buying 10 or more rolls it is hard to beat.

It appears, however, that film prices are continuing
to plunge.  Yesterday I ordered Velvia 120 from B&H
for $2.99.  (Local shops here still want close to
$6.50 per roll.)  B&H also has the Provia F for $4.49.
OK but not great.

I've seen some cheap Velvia 120 offered on e-bay,
but it's been a while and I've forgotten what
the prices were.
