Sputnk screws

Awhile  back I was making a lens adjustment on my Sputnik.
I lost a couple of the screws that no amount of tape or
magnet technique was able to recover.  Sam was nice enough
to send a couple more.  However there seems to be a
variation in these screws (could that be possible?) as one
is missing and the other just keeps turning in the hole.
Can anyone offer a couple more or suggest what else I might
use?  One of my lens rings just came off while I was
shooting yesterday so I know I need some different screws.
