Circular Fisheye project update

I got back my test roll (E100VS) and
things look good.

Looks like the circular image is 45mm
diameter. So I guess the 35mm shooters
using this lens (Fish-Eye-Takumar 17/4)
aren't getting quite 180 degrees. Or
maybe I'm getting more than 180?

The DOF covered my slight tilt between
the lens and film plane.

The fisheye-ness of the shots is somewhat
hidded since they were all night shots and
the sky is black which doesn't show up
well on the black film surounding the
circular image. Where there is detail edge
to edge it is nice and sharp, especially
compared to my previous attempts using a
0.42x FE adapter on a 75mm (medium format)
lens.

I'll have to shoot another roll soon.

I did have one problem with the film.
There is a 3mm long blue line in one photo
(the best one natch).

The lab says it can't be them since it's
going the wrong way (for a scratch I assume).
So I'm wondering if my free sample from Kodak
came with the flaw in it (new product teething
pains?) Any thoughts?
