So, does this store do overseas mailorder?
Would ordering a Sputnik from them be a
big gamble?

I'm sure they will ship anywhere, I guess the risk is like anywhere except there is more cost involved in shipping. They were a VERY busy store, so I guess that's a good sign(?) I bought a 250 3.5 Jupiter for my Kiev 60 for US$80, used but very nice and also a 20mm Zeiss Flectagon in Exakta mount in mint condition for US$100.
I suspect you will have all the same problems with a Spud whether you buy it here or there, most of them will need some attention to make them useful.
