Do you have exposure problems without the flash? Maybe there is a problem
with the flash synch inside. If you open the back and fire the camera with
flash, do you get consistent bright circles of light through the lenses?
That at least would explain the underexposed frames. Overexposure would
make the shutter suspect, no? Let me know if you want some help cleaning
the mechanism.
