Perhaps I was unclear. I thought it would -take- a while
to sell the house. I am thrilled for the quick sale, even
though it causes some temporary pressure.

I'm really enjoying the process, the decisions, the change.
Karla, on the other hand, doesn't like uncertainty at all,
and can't wait for the deal to be done. So, for her, I'm 
happy that things have gone quickly.

We have an offer in as of last night on a large condo that
is quite a bargain price (but needs new carpet and paint).
If that falls through I have two more good options before
going the storage/apartment route, but I've done checking
and that is possible (there is a storage place in town that
has a ---HUGE-- space available; enough for -all- our 
household goods if need be).
