At first I thought my meters may be off. Then I noticed the ISO were not
matched. The lever and the mark didn't match perfectly on one of the
cameras. So now I just count the number of clicks until I get to the ISO I
want.

Since I use an XA2 rig, I don't have the option of choosing f/stops. I could
shoot some random low light situations if you like. I also have some XA's
that I could test. I wanted to make a stereo rig but couldn't get
instructions for linking the solanoid that you need to link to make one the
slave and the other the master camera so the exposures will match.

I could take some test shots give you my opinion or send them to you. You
could then compare the 2 different models. I've heard that the XA2 is actually
supposed to be sharper. I don't understand how that could be since it has
less elements to the lens.
