There is a chap who belong to the Photographic Historical Society of New
England (PHSNE) who is a modern-day Daguerrotypist... he was written up
in one of the quarterly journals. If you are interested, I can try to
track down contact information for him... I believe he lives in New
Hampshire, USA...

As you probably know, stereo dags (esp portraits) fetch some of the
highest prices of the vintage photographic images... some in the
hundreds of thousands of dollars...
