When I say "uprate" I mean that I expose at a slightly higher ASA 
rating which tends to give a slightly darker transparency which 
"seems" to have more bite.
Originally I only used the Spud for stereo cards and it was very 
successful. Cards are really still my preference.
If I can, I will always use either 200 or 400 asa films to allow me to 
shoot at f16 or f22, as you quite rightly say, these lenses do need 
that.
Perhaps you can put out a feeler for me amoung any of your 
photographic friends.
I also collect cameras and have recently aquired a Fuji STX-1 - 
none of my reference books list this camera. It dosn't seem very 
old (SLR - f1.9 Fujinon etc) but I want to know some details.
Any help will be gratefully received.
