More Bad(?) News

After hearing about the sad news that Rocky Mountain Memories will be
slimming down it's operation, I unfortunately will also be trimming down
and removing the 3D Hacker pages in a little while.

My problem as well is not economics, but to get back a little of the time
spent over the last few years. I no longer customize stereo cameras for
other people, and have found that giving advice on how they can do it
themselves leads to a lots of time straightening out problems that arise
when they get in a bind later on. My intentions were originally to inspire
others in the creativity and fun of making your own stereo camera, but
neglected to take account that some people can't change a light bulb
without a blackout!!!!

Bear in mind that this decision was not at all based on anyone on this
list, as I have always appreciated the ideas and inspirations offered by
the collective.

The good news is I hope to be able to use my webspace for more images, as
I've taken thousands but have not had a slide scanner to share them. I am
also pursuing commercial ventures in stereo products, which should see
light shortly.

So if anyone wants to copy any of my pages for their own use, feel free,
there are about a dozen other projects that are around somewhere, so I'm
open for requests.
