I use Manhattan Color Labs on W20th Street between 5th and 6th Avenues
for my E-6 processing.  They don't do E-6 processing in an hour, but
they can get the film back to you same day (within a few hours).  Most
of the professional labs in that area will do processing within a few
hours, and many have a rush service.  They're usually surprised I
don't want it back faster than a day or so.
