A few comments:

My understanding is that this Expo is one
where all the slides get sent to the organizer
and then put in a box and sent around.

I don't think the add your slides when the
box comes around method works well for a single
loop exposition.
---

I think we decided (a few months back) that
the Expo was going to be a view and enjoy type
deal rather than a feedback one since we have
the MF Folios for that. I can't recall excactly
who "we" were though. Probably Les, Joel and me
and possible Sam.

We might want to have a vote for you favorite
2 or 5 (or whatever) slides sheet. There you could
give some feedback (a sentence or two).

---
The 400 images in the P3D Expo 2 was way too much
for one week. Around a hundred seems better to me.
I don't have the worry that Sam does about the
headache effect from mismatched and missmounted slides.
But I think that splitting the Expo into two boxes
travelling the opposite way around (if Les is willing
to do the extra work) might be a good idea.

The person or persons who get the two boxes at
the same time (or back to back) should be given an
extra week so they don't have to rush.

---
If there's any interest in giving prizes for the
favorite slide I could probably contribe a semi-decent
slide or two as a prize.

To make it fair we should split the voting on the slides
into newbies (<1 year in MF stereo) and old timers (> 1 yr).
That way the new guys could win a prize even though they've
only shot a roll or three.
