MF Expo planning?

  Spring is getting close so maybe we should
start planning the Medium Format Stereo Expo.
My recollection is that Les Gehman volunteered
to organize it.

Things to consider:
 - submission date
 - rules
 - entry fee
 - # entries per person
 - max number of people allowed
 - routing (probably wait until we know
who's in)
