  Not too bad.

  I've been under 1000' away from the fireworks
(based on speed of sound) both years I shot them.
So an 8 foot bar gives decent depth (ie nearest
subject should be 240' and should have detectable
depth to 2400 feet).

  I've been thinking about extending my bar to 12'
this year but I don't know if it would make a noticable
improvement. Need a couple helpers if I'm going to
take any shots this year. One to help me and one to
help Dawn with the kids.
