  We have 10 people in this folio. If we assume 2 weeks for
viewing plus travel time it should go around in 20 weeks
which is a little less than 5 months. Unfortunately there
has been a couple of 1 month holdups in each folio the last
few times around which pushes it up into the 8 or nine month
time frame.

  It hasn't been the same person each time so I haven't
kicked anyone out (yet :)

  That's probably what we should do. Unfortunately
with the last few jamups I have't even been informed
that the person has received the folio so I can't
prod them to do something/anything.
