As someone who is not in the folios but might be someday, I would
offer this observation. Perhaps you will all invite me to butt on 
out, but here is one reason why it might take so long. The "jam up 
guy" doesn't have his slides done, not that he can't think up his 
comments? Perhaps before joining the circuit, a person should have 
3 or 4 "go-rounds" worth of slides completed. You will all notice 
that I haven't asked to join yet. Mostly that's because I only had 
one slide I was happy with and I managed to get two perfectly 
focussed burn holes in it when I inadvertently turned the viewer lenses
towards the sun.
