  Another place that used to advertise them
is Samy's Camera. They advertise in pop photo
and do have a web page (I can look up the url
on request).

  Kalimex also still shows them on their web
page:

  But they are $60 US plus shipping from
Czech Republic and they still don't take
credit cards AFAIK.
