Stan White has successfully done it. Very impressive results as I recall. I may see him in a few weeks, so if I get the opportunity I'll try to get some instructions.

Incidentally, there is a feature article on Stan White's infamous 5x7 Stereo Camera in Photographic Canadiana. I expect to get the issue soon and can photocopy it if anyone's interested.

On a related note, I stumbled over the LEEP company's webpage. Seems they are STILL making there total immersive W/A lenses for medium format. I've emailed them but have not got a response as to how much they are. The site is at:
