Sputnik lens swaps...

Has anyone successfully replaced Spud lenses with Lubitel lenses? Or any
other lenses/shutters for that matter? A friend picked me up a Spud in a
case for $40 in a Moscow hock shop, and I'm not too impressed by the
optics, but the box has promise...
