  A mounted 2x2 isn't 24x36mm is it?  I think
they're at least a mm or 2 smaller.

  Some projectors have a big enough condensor
lens etc that they can project superslides
others will vignette them. Plus be less sharp
at the edges.

something a while back. Dejanews would probably
turn it up if you care.
