You should try a little brass polish on the lens surfaces with fungus.
Dampen a soft cloth with the polish (after shaking it well) and wipe it with
just a little pressure for maybe 6-10 circular wipes then let it dry and
wipe off the excess. You don't want to over do it because you could make the
surface hazy. I've had pretty good success with Brasso brand, I just did a
Rolleidoscop for a friend that had fungus in it and it cleaned up very well.
If you're worried about getting into it and resetting the focus send it to
me and I'll see what I can do, no charge of course.
