You might want to look into the Cabin Light
Panel like I have. A true 5000k light box, not
a spiky spectrum small fluorescent.

And if you manage to attach one I'd be very
interesting in hearing about it. I'm also
considering buying a kit.
A long time ago John Vala provided some info
on a supplier of small fl tubes and ballasts.
I think the prices worked out to about $15 for
a tube with ballast. There were daylight tubes
but nothing with a stated good CRI (color rendition
index). I can dig it up if you like.
I think Bulbman (bulbman.com) has some fl
tubes and ballasts too.
