The description of the Holmes Viewer mods that Stephen describes
puts me in mind of Sam Smith's Multi-format Stereoscope. It is 
also very similar to the new viewer I have been working on. The
big difference is the use of the "wedgy" Holmes viewer lenses that
allow the wider width transparency. Any Holmes viewer could be 
easily converted to do this with a custom card holder. Hmmmm,
this may be worth looking into.

Now Joel, you will not only have to provide 6x9 over-and-unders,
but Holmes-style mounts too.
