  I don't have the numbers here but when
I did the a preliminary test of my jig I
did a front element swap. As I recall
the FL changed by about 1% (418 to 422mm
comes to mind).

  So perhaps Ricoh did some witchcraft
matching up front and rear groups to
give a tighter tolerance on the overall
FL.
