Hyper Weekend

Hi Guys,

I actually spent some time this weekend to shot stereo, and what a weekend
it was!

First  of all I was hired to shot some area test shots in stereo of the
Bragg Creek/Kannanaskis region on Saturday. These are for lenticular prints
so I won't know for some time how successful I was, but it was fun trying.

But Sunday was even more fun. Supposed to go down in the Guinness Book of
Records as the "World's Biggest Implosion", Calgary's 22-structure General
Hospital went up in a cloud of smoke, and I got it all in stereo!!! Sorry
guys, I actually tested my hyper rig for medium format, but when it got
down to the wire I ended up using two ME Supers on drives to take 26 frames
in just a few seconds. I hope to make a stereo motion file of it soon.

Finally, I did manage to shoot off a few MF stereo shots later that day in
Kannanaskis, as the weather was just too good to pass up. Hyper stereo is
something I've mostly admired from afar, but after seeing all you guys
having major successes with it, I'll give it a try!
