Bob Packard Shutter
Bob,
Long ago, when portrait photographer takes pictures, they used a packard
shutter, because they did not have strobe, in those days. If you put
pressure on the bulb and quick enought, you can get 1/15 of a second on
them. They still make those shutters, now they have a X-syc on them, for
strobes. I used to use them on some of my large format cameras, because
the old lenses are very large.
