There are couple of photos of Heidoscops at:

http://freespace.virgin.net/dimension.three/Heidescop.htm
http://freespace.virgin.net/dimension.three/Rolleidescope.htm
(photos need the Depth Charge plugin)

One of which shows a Heidoscop with a roll-film-back (rare).

The earlier model Rolleidoscops had three individual lens caps,
tied together with a cord, and attached by the cord to the bottom
of the camera. Most of these lens caps have been lost over the years.

The later models had a flip-up lens cap (like that shown at the
second URL above) and similar to the Realist. If your front lens board
has the central hinge mount, but no cap, then I suspect this is the
style of lens cap yours should have.
