The medium format folio arrived at my place yesterday.  I've added all of
Don Lopp's comments to Joel's web page, and am including his note to all
below.  I'm not sure who the depth of field chart is for.

  After 5 plus months in bed, on morphine, I am feeling much better though I
am still on morphine.  I get around fairly well, but because of the morphine,
I must depend on my wife to drive me around - my memory and thinking is a 
bit slow.  I took these pictures this week.  I am quite impressed by the Fuji
RMS film shot at ASA200 was very good, sharp and virtually grainless.

  Many thanks for the stereo book on Iowa which was, I hope, a sign of the
future of stereo books.  Amazon didn't include a card indicating the source
of the book as far as my wife could find.  Also many thanks for the get well
card - I intend to call each of you to give my personal thanks.

  The doctors have been of very little help to me from June 1997 to now.
