Dirty airplane windows-- within reason-- don't seem to be too much of a
problem. Sharp focus is at infinity. When we recently chartered a
seaplane to scatter Warren Callahan's ashes, I noticed the edge of a cloud
bank going by and shot it sequentially three times. Two of the images made
an interesting stereo pair with the cloud coming way out the stereo window
without touching the edges (I had to mask down from full frame to 4p to
get away with it.
