I thought about trying to work planned vacations into the schedule.
Beyond the first few stops, however, it's mighty difficult to predict
when the expo will arrive at a particular address. If anyone has a
near term schedule problem, please let me know via the mfexpo e-mail
address.
Also, has noted on the expo info page,
http://www.rmm3d.com/funlearn/mfexpo.html
I am asking that the package be sent priority mail (except cross-border),
insured for the minimum value ($50) to help with tracing if the box should
get lost in the mail. That means the package will have to be signed for.
To avoid having the expo spend part of your allotted week at the local
post office, consider whether it would be better to have the expo sent
to your work address (e.g., you know that there is always someone there to
sign for packages, and that your mail department distributes mail
promptly).
I would like to have ALL participants send an e-mail with their preferred
mailing address to the mfexpo e-mail address. Please do so even if you
know you already sent your postal address to me, so I can be sure you saw
this note and considered what works best for you.
I also need a volunteer from the north central part of the country to agree
to be the cross-border shipper to Sam Smith in Canada. Sam has agreed to
bear the cost of customs fees and possible VAT on the value of the included
SaturnSlide viewer.
