WHAT????

You went through this length to describe the ideal
stereo imaging setup and then you will stick some
low quality speakers along the wall to hear the
audio?

Shame!!!!

What we need is this:  HEADPHONES!!!

Yes Sam, headphones is the equivalent of stereo viewers
(good!!!) while speakers is the equivalent of stereo 
projection (bad!!!)

So a nice set of headphones will transmit the sound
NOT IN STEREO but in true BINAURAL fashion to our
other two sensory organs (ears).

NOW _THIS_IS_ STEREO HEAVEN!!!
